About Us
Adams House Substance Abuse Treatment Facility is a non-profit organization serving adolescent males between the ages of 13 and 17 years old who require intensive residential substance abuse treatment. Our program is approximately 45-90 days long, depending on the individuals’ needs. The facility provides an array of services that include assessment, evaluation, group and individual counseling, substance abuse education, self-image building, stress and anger management, positive family functionality, and behavior modification. Our goal is to successfully integrate the client back home into a sober living environment with the recovery skills to improve the individual’s life and social interaction.
We acceppt clients with No Insurance, Private Insurance, Medicaid, Texas Childrens, and Community Health Choice.

The Adams House Substance Abuse Program is administered by an Executive Director, Associate Executive Director and a Program Director. Other staff include Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors, Counselor Interns, and House Managers.
Medical needs are met through referrals to local physicians, with emergency medical care provided by a local hospital. Mental Health needs are provided through referrals to local psychologists/psychiatrists and through local mental health agencies.
